One of the best methods for offloading a factory assembled Par-Kut portable steel building from the truck is to hoist it using a crane. Each complete Par-Kut guard house includes lift rings in the roof for this very purpose. Those same forged steel eye bolts allow for future moves as well. Our customers use either chains, cables or slings, as shown in these pictures of two different Par-Kut buildings being offloaded. The primary alternate is to use a fork lift truck rated for the weight. Contact the factory for a weight estimate when you are figuring your budget for equipment.
