Not all locations can use a basic standard steel shelter or plain aluminum shelter. For those places and circumstances that have the need, Par-Kut International, Inc. has the experience and know-how to design, fabricate and finish steel shelters with varying degrees of customization. Design options are available for roof treatments, types of glass, doors, seating, lighting, heating and more.

Architectural enhancements for Par-Kut steel shelters are many.
Starting at the top, standing seam roofs are available, on hip or gable
style. Barrel shapes and skylights are also available with the latter
being increasingly popular when sheltered equipment has a solar
collector. The ceiling height can be raised in a Par-Kut steel shelter
to allow for safe installation of infra red heaters. Window muntins &
mullions, tinted or spandrel glass, crown molding, bas relief panels and
reveals, and multiple paint color schemes are also available.

A steel shelter or aluminum shelter typically includes three walls with panels that are
full height glass with a 4-6” air gap at the bottom. The 4th side of
the shelter (the front) can be entirely open, or partially closed in
with additional panels. Depending on the width and length, the front
side can include one or two panels at the corners. You can purchase a
steel shelter with one door way or two, either centered or offset. Some
locations will even include a door.

.
Comfort options for steel shelters from Par-Kut include ceiling mounted
heaters and bench seating. Heaters would be controlled with either a
motion sensor and a thermostat, or a timer switch. A steel shelter with
a door and insulated steel walls might have a fan forced heater instead
of infra red. Bench seats can be recycled plastic lumber, aluminum
bleacher type, painted steel, or hardwood. Seats can be pre-installed
in factory assembled steel shelters, or shipped loose when there is no
floor.
Steel shelter design options are available to meet just about any need.
