The steel building that you purchase means more to a project than many think. We at Par-Kut International have been improving our processes for 70+ years. With that experience, we have developed our work in steel booth fabrication for efficiency, while also taking great pride in our ability to remain flexible in providing a booth to best suit our customers’ exact needs. The process of designing and building a booth looks different for every location, but there is a definite path for getting our customers the building they want and need.
To start the process, interested buyers can contact us via email, phone, or our website to design a booth that aesthetically and functionally fits your needs. Our team will work on the design that best corresponds with your application and requirements. Our sales team will write up a booth that meets your specifications and locational needs. Once the design is selected, we will provide a quote based on size, features, options, freight cost and necessary code compliance.
Assuming prospective customer approval of our proposal, and receipt of a purchase order, we will then have our engineering department create project specific approval drawings. Those approval drawings are shared with all involved parties on the customer side for review and comment, as well as selections of color(s).
After Par-Kut receives the approved drawings, a preliminary ship date is communicated, and the job is released for further engineering and sent to the pre-production team.
Special order items and outside engineering requirements are also handled at this time. Once all pre-buy items have been secured, the job will pass to our shop professionals who will use high-quality materials and skills to build every booth. At this stage, our fabricators and finishers will outfit the welded steel booth with all necessary requirements, such as insulation, built in electrical conduits, windows, doors, countertops and more.
Once the booth is complete, and all quality control checks have been handled, it will be carefully loaded onto a truck and shipped to the final location. Delivery arrangements are closely coordinated. You or your contractor will need to offload the enclosure from the truck, install it, and supply power (and water if a restroom is included). Finally, move into the new Par-Kut building that was specifically designed for your needs and comfort and enjoy!
After the booth is shipped, we continue to uphold our promise of great service. We provide our customers with care and maintenance instructions that can extend the life of a booth by many years. We sustain our warranties and relationships with our customers long after the sale with our great product and service.
