- CB Panel now has a factory installed 100 amp main and all branch breakers for factory installed accessories.
- Epoxy polyurethane paint instead of simple alkyd enamel
- Sliding door is now high security steel, 2” welded tubular steel versus 1” extruded aluminum channels
- Door lock is laminated hook bolt versus very simple paddle lock
- Standard door width is 36” for accessibility and building code compliance
- Floor to ceiling height is now 7’6” versus the 6’6” 30 years ago.
- Standard wall construction features 4” insulation versus 2” twenty years ago.
- LED light fixture instead of Fluorescent now standard over countertop. Wall mount switch.
- Painted Galvanized Steel Window Frames vs Aluminum Extrusions on fixed windows.
- AutoCAD drawings for approval.
